1. Subscription Services
AutoFixData provides access to automotive diagnostic data and repair information through a subscription service. This is a recurring subscription model that will continue unless canceled. Please carefully consider your need for the service before subscribing.
2. Refund Eligibility
We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. However, given the nature of our service and access to digital content, refunds are issued at our sole discretion and only in specific situations.
- No Refunds for Unused Time: Due to the immediate access to digital data and services after payment, we generally do not offer refunds for unused portions of a subscription term after you’ve used the system, even if you cancel before the end of the billing period.
- Technical Issues: If you encounter significant technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using our services and we are unable to resolve these issues after you report them within a reasonable period, we may, at our discretion, consider offering a refund or a credit for future services. We must be given sufficient time and opportunity to try and resolve any issues.
- Duplicate Billing: If a billing error occurs resulting in a duplicate charge for the same subscription, we will review this on an individual basis and offer a full refund for the duplicate charge, if it is found to be in error.
- Exceptional Circumstances: We may, at our sole discretion, consider refunds for exceptional circumstances that are deemed to be valid by our team. These circumstances will be reviewed on an individual basis.
- 24-Hour Free Trial: No refund will be provided for those who did not cancel before the end of a trial as the product was available and accessible to use and cancel as desired.
3. How to Request a Refund

- Your account email address
- The reason for your refund request
- Any relevant supporting documentation
- Details of what you have done to try and resolve the issue
We will review your request and respond within 7-14 business days. Please note that a refund decision is made on a case-by-case basis and we may request further information.
4. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the same method of payment that was used for the initial transaction. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
